b) I arrange the new factories to be visited first that boss just to see the new products and the factories production capacity, just need short time to visit.
c) Then old cooperate-factories at last as they have more issues should be discussed, regarding to the new order, the after-sale.
2. Exhibition interpreter
a) Hotel booking and the buyer pass card(this is for old customer)
b) Customer airport pick-up
c) Exhibition interpreting working, catalog collection, price recording
3. Wholesale market companion
a) Sourcing the samples from the store, buy samples and mark the price
b) For good products, will discuss the MOQ order and bargain the price
c) Collect all the samples, for big qty, arrange the express
For all above issues, after all the schedules finished, I'll do the report to my customer, make the excel or word to show the useful info for them.
